Hi, my name is Anna-Marie. I’m a Catholic musician, writer, and self-confessed bibliophile who loves Jesus, hiking, dark chocolate, and the music of J.S. Bach. My favourite ways to spend a weekend include exploring new trails, checking books off of my Goodreads bucket list, curating Spotify playlists, and logging new bird sightings on eBird (some days I’m convinced I missed my calling as an ornithologist). I am a classically trained singer and choral conductor with a passion for languages, vocal technique, and sacred music. I am always up for discussing philosophy, theology, and the nuances of vocal resonance (among other subjects). My favourite gospel is the Gospel according to John, and the authors whose novels I frequently enjoy re-reading include Laura Ingalls Wilder, L.M. Montgomery, Jane Austen, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Michael O’Brien. Welcome to my blog!
